General Information

  • What is DysCourse?

DysCourse is a special patient and caregiver event that puts vital education directly in the hands of those who need it most. Whether you’re diagnosed or undiagnosed, a caregiver, friend or healthcare provider, DysCourse can help you better understand autonomic disorders through an array of educational topics taught by some of the world's leading specialists.

  • When is DysCourse?

DysCourse is a completely virtual event taking place on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 12pm – 6:30pm EST.

Sessions

  • What if I am registered for DysCourse but cannot attend or live in another country with a conflicting time difference?

No worries! Your ticket purchase includes access to recordings of all lectures and exhibit halls for up to 90 days post-event! Your event link allows you to view DysCourse at a time that works best for you.

  • How do I rejoin a session if I left or was bumped?

Simply head over to the Agenda tab and click the button next to the live session to rejoin.

  • How do I ask a question during a session?

All DysCourse attendees are invited to ask questions using the Q&A tab found on the right side of the screen in each session. Moderators and presenters will be monitoring the Q&A tab to answer as many questions as possible.

  • Why aren’t my camera and microphone working?

Cameras and microphones are disabled for all attendees. Only presenters and moderators will have audio and be on camera. Attendees are encouraged to participate via chat and Q&A.

  • There’s a lot of information in each session. Is there a resource that provides a summary of each?

Yes! Head over to The Dysautonomia Project’s exhibit booth and download our “Toolbox Takeaways” handout. This handout features key takeaway points from each session and will be a valuable reference tool for attendees.

Exhibit Booths

  • What are Exhibit Booths?

Exhibit booths are spaces created for attendees to visit throughout the event, during exhibit hour, and up to 90 days post-event to learn more about products and resources they may find useful. TDP highly recommends attendees to spend time exploring each exhibit booth to get the most out of their DysCourse experience! Some booths will feature new, exciting products from our sponsors designed to aid patients in their day-to-day living, while others feature our partner nonprofit organizations offering free resources you may find helpful.
